The Oba of Lagos, Rilwan Akiolu, on Tuesday formally installed Mrs Folashade Tinubu-Ojo as the new Iyaloja-General of Lagos State.
Oba Akiolu advised the new Iyaloja to be diligent and committed to the service of humanity.
He said that the position was important to the development of market activities in Lagos State and Nigeria at large.
Senator Oluremi Tinubu told the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) in a separate interview that the new Iyaloja was capable of coordinating market activities in Lagos State.
Folashade Tinubu Ojo was today October 29th installed as the new Iyaloja of Lagos and the President General of the Market Men and Women of Nigeria, taking over from her late grandmother, Habibat Mogaji, who died in June this year.
